Phone app foundation

The CRM still runs from the Windows computer for now, but this prepares the private side to feel like an app when opened from your phone.
If the install button is not available, use your browser menu and choose Add to Home screen.
Run “Share Billboard CRM on WiFi.cmd”, open the shown address on your phone, then add it to your home screen.
This phase is not cloud-hosted yet. Closing the startup window still stops phone access.
